I want to thank the staff at Pelion Resort who went above and beyond to assist us during a snowstorm. They helped us find alternate accommodation and even partially reimbursed our stay. Their kindness and dedication made a difficult situation much more manageable. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and care.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, allowing for a good night's sleep. The pool area was also nice, with a bar nearby to enjoy a cold drink.
The half board option was not worth it, as the evening meals were limited and lacked variety. the service at the restaurant was slow, with long waiting times for the food to be served.

The diving experience was truly unforgettable, with special programs and guided diving available. We also loved the outdoor playground for the kids, where they could have fun under the shade of the acorn tree. The view from the Ski Centre 'Agriolefkes' while skiing was breathtaking - the Aegean Sea and Pagasetic Gulf made it truly unique. And the mountain biking experience was a perfect combination of nature and fitness, giving us a sense of freedom and liveliness.
My wife says that the cleanliness of the room could have been better.

Our city trip was amazing! The hotel's spacious rooms with comfortable beds were spotless, and we loved the huge buffet breakfast with fresh fruits and Greek pastries. The view from the top of the hill was breathtaking, and the staff was kind and helpful, always willing to provide us with great recommendations for activities and sights to see nearby. We also appreciated the cozy fireplace in our room.
The heating in our room was not working properly, and we were quite cold during the chilly nights. We did mention it to the reception but sadly, there was no solution. It was a bit disappointing considering the low temperature outside. However, overall, we had a great stay, and we would recommend the hotel for its cleanliness, location, and outstanding service.
